Amber offers room types with private bathrooms.

 

The double suites all feature windows and can accommodate 1-2 people.

The rooftop common area and kitchen are available for residents to use for work and leisure, with periodic internal and external events to enrich the living experience.

The well-equipped kitchen is located on the sixth floor and includes tableware, utensils, and a full range of cooking appliances to meet various culinary needs. There is also ample seating, comfortable sofas, and a 75-inch TV. Coin-operated washing and drying machines are available on the fourth-floor balcony.

This room type can accommodate 1-2 people, with monthly rent starting at NT$15,000 (based on a 12-month lease). The security deposit ranges from 0.5 to 2 months, depending on the length of the contract.

Additional monthly fees:

- Other charges: NT$2,400 per person (includes public area usage fee NT$1,500, water and miscellaneous fees NT$250, and garbage collection fee NT$650).

- Room electricity: Calculated based on the average Taiwan Power Company bill.
