A big window that faces the street brings lots of sunshine into the room. The room is equipped with a king-size double bed (200*200cm), a perfect choice for two people! Under the bed, there's a small lounge with a personal TV. You can enjoy a co-living vibe and still have your privacy at the same time. 

         

          When you move in, we will offer you a clean bedding set, including a bed sheet,  duvet cover, and pillowcases.  All you need to bring is your personal toiletries and clothes. Washing machines, tumble dryers, and kitchenwares are well set in the common spaces.

 

The room is suitable for 1-2 people. The rental is NT$12900 per month (The price here is for 12 months lease term.)

Management/ NT$1000: for housekeeping, equipment maintenance, toilet paper, cleaning supplies...etc.
