This is a single bed room with a great location in the East District. When you open the window, you will see the vast sea of trees on Dunhua South Road, just like a forest in the city. When you wake up, you can start the day with a breath of fresh air.

 

The public area includes a large living room, an open kitchen, a lawn rest area, and a large rooftop overlooking downtown Taipei. Both floors have separate dry bathrooms for men and women, and cleaners clean the entire room regularly, so you don't have to worry about trivial matters. The public space is fully equipped with pots, pans, and tableware, as well as washing machines and dryers.

 

When you move in, we offer you a clean bedding set, including a bed sheet,  duvet cover, and pillowcase.  All you need to bring are your personal toiletries and clothing. Washing machines, tumble dryers, and kitchenware, are in the common spaces.

 

The room is comfy for 1 person. The rental of the room is NT$14900 per month (The price here is for 12 months lease term.)
