Room B is located on the first floor. It is a small single room without windows. The room is equipped with a retractable single bed, open clothes rack, drawer, table and a chair.

 

The large public space is used by residents for work and leisure, and variety events are held from time to time to enrich the lives of residents.

 

The first floor is the main shared space, with a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The TV is on the second floor. Both floors have separate dry and wet bathrooms. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are installed on the back balcony.

This room type can accommodate 1 person, with monthly rent starting from NT$11,000 (based on a 12-month contract). The deposit is 0.5 month to 2 months, depending on the length of the contract.

Utilities/ NT$1200 per person: electricity, water, and wi-fi.

Management/ NT$1200 per person: for housekeeping, equipment maintenance, cleaning supplies...etc.

Electricity usage in room/ NT$2.5 per kWh.

Business tax/ 5% of the rent.

Bedding rental/ NT$500 per person.
