There are two types of double suites, one is elevated to increase the usable space, the height below is 175 cm, and the other is general double bed room. There are closet, wardrobes, desks, and chairs, or small sofas in the room.

The large public space on the top floor is used by the residents for work and leisure on weekdays, and internal and external activities are held from time to time to enrich the lives of the residents

Public facilities include a well-equipped kitchen, reading area, vinyl player, 70-inch TV, etc., and coin-operated washing machines and dryers are set up.

The room is suitable for 1-2 people. The rental is NT$17500 up per month (The price here is for more than 12 months lease term.)

Utilities/ NT$800 per person: electricity, water, gas, wi-fi, cable TV.

Management/ NT$1200 per person: for housekeeping, equipment maintenance, cleaning supplies...etc.

Electricity usage in room/ NT$5 per kWh.

Business tax/ 5% of the rent.

Bed sheets rental/ NT$500-1000 per set.
